A thoughtful partner for life’s financial decisions

Fiduciary Financial Planner & Investment Advisor | CKA®, CLTC®, CSLP®

David Hessel

Hi, my name is David. I’m a family guy, love being in nature, and strive to make the world a better place. My faith in God guides both my personal life and my work. I believe that financial planning should reflect your values, purpose, and calling, not just the numbers on a page.

I feel serving my clients at a holistic level is the best way to truly give them peace of mind about their finances.  It’s important to know all of the moving pieces so that we don’t make decisions in a vacuum. I have been in the industry for over a decade, and I have learned that when the conversation only revolves around investment returns, we miss the opportunity to make any meaningful change.

The thing I love talking about most with my clients is: let’s go beyond charts and numbers and figure out how your resources can support the life you’re called to live.

I believe financial guidance should always serve your best interest. I have seen good and bad in the financial industry and I started Harvest Well Financial Partners to create an environment for fiduciary financial advisors to have the necessary resources without the pressure of a large corporate office making it about the dollars and cents. My belief is that the client comes first in any decision we make. While I have a legal obligation to act in the best interests of my clients, building real trust is at the heart of how I approach every relationship.

I graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Finance and hold the following licenses and designations:

  • Series 66 License | Investment Management

  • Life & Health Insurance Licenses

  • CKA® | Certified Kingdom Advisor – helping you merge your faith with your finances

  • CLTC® | Certification in Long-Term Care

  • CSLP® | Certified Student Loan Professional

The fun stuff: My favorite thing to do is explore new places with my family. We enjoy sightseeing and traveling to National Parks to explore nature. Being a husband and a father is the greatest honor I have in life. I love to snowboard in the winter and play golf during the warmer seasons. We also find it incredibly important to support our church, various charities, and local Wisconsin businesses to help improve the place we live and love.

Marketing & Client Experience

Gina Hessel

Behind Harvest Well FP is a family built on intention, patience, and shared Kingdom purpose. As a stay-at-home mom, I have the privilege of raising our daughter while also helping build this firm alongside my husband from the ground up.

My role has always been shaped by a deep appreciation for what thoughtful planning makes possible; time together, flexibility, and the ability to be present for what matters most. Being part of building Harvest Well has meant supporting the vision, the values, and the long-term thinking that define how we serve our clients.

I bring a practical, behind-the-scenes perspective to the work we do, one rooted in family life, stewardship, and the belief that well-managed resources can help create both security and freedom across every season of life.

Client Services

Becky Miller

I began my career with a passion for helping others, earning a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, which led me to roles supporting families and eventually into the financial industry. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to help clients make thoughtful financial decisions, always keeping service at the heart of my work.

When my kids were young, a job loss gave me the opportunity to work part-time and be present for their school years—an experience that deepened my commitment to helping others create financial flexibility and peace of mind. I’m thrilled to now be part of David’s team, guiding people toward financial independence and success.

Outside of work, I love exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family. My faith guides my life, and I’m grateful for every chance to serve my community.
